Beef Tataki

Ingredients:

300g Beef Fillet

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Salt & Pepper

Directions:

Season your beef with salt & pepper and leave it to rest for about 10 minutes at room temperature.

Heat extra virgin olive oil in a medium sized fry pan on medium heat.

Evenly sear your beef for one minute on each side, it should be rare on the inside.

Let it rest on a chopping board for 5 minutes then slice beef thinly and lay on a plate to chill in the fridge.
