About Us

Sayaka's Kitchen was established by Paul & Etsuyo Bilcich in 1995 in the western suburbs location of Mosman Park in between the swan river and the beautiful Cottesloe beach.  
Sayaka's kitchen was the first food manufacture to produce handmade authentic Japanese sushi and teriyaki meals to school and retail outlets in WA.
 
Paul Bilcich was in a fortunate position to have worked as trainee chef in the early 1990's at the Chunagon Restaurant Fremantle harbour WA's premier Japanese Restaurant at the time.
 
Sayaka's Kitchen has a loyal following of customers over the last 20 years.
